Amy Elizabeth
My journey into music began at the tender age of four, when I trained as a dancer, expressing myself through movement and rhythm. I continued my journey of dance at University and gained a Dance Degree at Leeds University, graduating in 2006. This passion led me to establish Spritzer, a platform that celebrated young people and the arts. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and published my very first book, 'Pure Confidence', which opened the door to my songwriting journey. Joining a choir as a soprano honed my vocal skills, and soon I was recording my own songs. It was during the toughest times of my life, facing ridicule, domestic violence, legal battles, and toxic family dynamics, that I wrote 'Triggered By Me.' It was years later that I recorded it and this song resonated deeply with others, propelling me to overnight success and allowing my voice to be heard. It only takes one song!
